Currently, only the MoxeeTM Mobile Hotspot and select Cricket network compatible BYOD devices can be used with Simply Data plans. At this time, 5G access will only be available on Cricket 5G devices. Check data only device compatibility. Note: 5G service is not yet available for BYOD devices.
That's easy! You can sign in to My Account online or myCricket to change your plan. If you don't have a username and password, it only takes a few minutes to register online. You can also swing by your local store. See how easy it is to change your plan.
Yes, of course. You'll just need to pay the difference. When you make a plan change, we prorate the charges for the rest of your billing cycle, so you'll only pay for the days you use the service.
