    How does Group Save work?

    Customers in good standing with at least two eligible lines of service on one account will automatically receive Group Save discounts. Only eligible lines two-five on the same account receive the monthly discount. Not available with any other promotional discounts.

    What is a Group Save eligible line of service?

    Lines of service on our current plans from $40/mo (and most grandfathered $40/mo+ plans) are eligible for Group Save discounts. Lines of service on Cricket's $25 Talk & Text, $30/2 GB, grandfathered Advanced plan, or discontinued Tablet plan are not eligible.

    How much can I save each month with Group Save discounts?

    The maximum monthly discount is $70 when you have five eligible lines on your account. Group Save discounts cannot be combined with the Auto Pay credit or other promotional discounts.

    Can my group keep the same phones we use today?

    You can bring phones you already own to Cricket as long as each phone is unlocked and compatible with our network. Make sure each phone has a SIM card slot, and then check compatibility on our Bring Your Own Phone page.

    I have an account with more than five lines. Can I join Cricket?

    We would love to have you as a Cricket customer, but in order to switch with more than five lines, you'll need to visit a Cricket store. Currently, we can only create new accounts online with up to five lines.

    Am I eligible for other discounts if I have a Group Save discount?

    Accounts that are receiving the Group Save discount for multiple lines are not eligible for additional discounts such as the Auto Pay credit credit or other promotional offers. The good news is we'll apply the best discount available automatically!
