Promotional Email Preferences

From time to time, we like to send promotional emails to let you know about our latest offers and other exciting information we'd like to share. You can subscribe each line of service to these emails.

There are two ways you can subscribe:

  • In My Account
  • In the checkout process while making a purchase

You can also unsubscribe at any time from My Account or through the Customer Choices and Controls page.

My Account Online

Subscribe to/Unsubscribe from Promotional Emails

  1. Sign in to My Account. You'll need to enter your username and password.
  2. Select Account Settings from the top.
  3. Click Manage Promotional Emails under the Security and Email Management section.

Subscribing:

  1. To subscribe, select Subscribe next to the appropriate line of service.
  2. Enter an email address for the line.
  3. Make sure the Receive Emails toggle is set to Yes. Select I Agree if you agree to the terms.

Unsubscribing:

  1. To unsubscribe, click Edit next to the appropriate line of service
  2. Make sure the Receive Emails toggle is set to NO. Select Save to unsubscribe.

myCricket App

Subscribe to/Unsubscribe from Promotional Emails

  1. Open your myCricket app and sign in.
  2. To access Account Settings, tap the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap Receive Promotional Emails under Communications.
  4. If OFF, tap Subscribe to confirm you would like to receive promotional emails.
  5. If ON, tap Unsubscribe to confirm you don't want to receive promotional emails.
