Forgot Username or Password

Most of us visit numerous websites and use multiple apps each day. It's no wonder we can't keep our usernames and passwords straight!

If you forget your username you can still enter your 10-digit Cricket phone number in the username field. You will not be able to change your username.

To retrieve your username:

1. Select Forgot Username on the Sign In page.
2. Enter your Cricket phone number and check the CAPTCHA box to prove you're human.
3. Select Get Username. You will receive a text message with your username.

To reset your password:

1. Select Forgot Password on the Sign In page.
2. Enter your Cricket phone number and check the CAPTCHA box to prove you're human.
3. Select Get Password. You will receive a text message with a temporary password.
4. Enter your temporary password, then select Next. You will be prompted to create a new password for your Cricket account.

Retrieve your username or reset your password now.

Password requirements:

1. Must be between 6-24 characters
2. Must contain at least one letter and one number
3. Can't be the same as your username, phone number, or temporary password
4. No spaces or special characters such as (#) and ($)

Password Tips:

Make your password hard to crack! You don't want anyone accessing your account, so make your password strong.

1. Create longer passwords
2. Don't add personal information such as names or birthdays
3. Avoid common words and phrases
4. Don't use the same passwords more than once
5. Temporary passwords will expire after 60 minutes
